CANCELLATION POLICIES
- Mawün hotel will refund 100% of the deposit in case of cancellations made 5 days before the check-in date. After this period, there is no right to a refund.
- In LOW SEASON, the reservation can be cancelled 24 hours in advance without charge. After this time, the charge will be for the total of one night.
- In HIGH SEASON (from December 15) reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Date changes in high season can be made 7 days before your arrival date, depending on the hotel's availability.
- Date changes in low season can be made 48 hours before your arrival date, depending on the hotel's availability.
- In the event that the guest does not show up on the day of check-in (no show), the hotel will charge 100% of the reservation value.
- If the guest shows up on the reservation date and does not wish to take the room(s), he/she will not be entitled to a refund.
- If the guest wishes to shorten their stay, from the day before the check-in date, they must pay 50% of the unused days.
- ANY RESERVATION THAT DOES NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS MAY BE CANCELLED. THIS POLICY APPLIES ALL YEAR ROUND.
